Please call me Duke.   This is the first thing you will hear me say to people I meet.  Why you ask?   My name is Duc Pham, and most people can't seem to say it right.  Especially growing up in Idaho like I did.  So it is a lot easier on the ears to hear "Duke", than the many many creative ways that people say my name.
